Cookie policy
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary ones always work; analytics and advertising ones only if you accept them. Here we explain which they are and how to change your choice. They are used by Grupo Amida Restaurantes 2025, S.L.U. and, for third-party ones, by its providers.
What cookies are
They are small files a website stores in your browser to remember something about your visit. Similar technologies (browser storage or pixels) work the same way for these purposes and we treat them as cookies.
- First-party: set by this website.
- Third-party: set by another company (Google, Meta, OpenAI) through our website.
Which types we use
- Necessary: make the website work, remember your cookie choice and keep your booking while you make it. They cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: count visits and how the website is used (Google Analytics) to improve it. The data is statistical.
- Advertising: measure which bookings come from our ads and let us show ads to people who already know us (Google Ads, Meta and OpenAI).

How consent works
The first time you visit, we show you a notice with Accept, Reject and Settings, all equally visible. Until you choose, no cookie other than the necessary ones is used. We remember your choice for six months if you only accept the necessary ones and twelve if you accept more; after that, or if we change providers, we ask again.
Measurement tags are managed with Google Tag Manager, which sets no cookies of its own, and may go through a tagging server of ours hosted on Google Cloud in Madrid. What is sent from the server also depends on your choice.
With Google we use its "consent mode": if you reject, Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive cookieless pings without identifiers, which are only used to estimate overall figures.
Booking does not depend on cookies: you can book even if you reject them all.
How to change or withdraw your choice
At any time, with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies from your browser:
- Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies / Delete browsing data
- Safari: Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions
If you delete cookies, we will ask you again next time.
Data outside the European Union
Google, Meta, OpenAI and Cloudflare (the latter for OpenAI's pixel) may process data in the United States, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We explain this in the "Privacy policy", together with everything else about your data and your rights.
